Upgrade Required for ALL X-Charge Merchants!!!

ALL merchants MUST upgrade their X-Charge software by SEPTEMBER 1st, 2009, in order to avoid interruption of payment card processing.

As part of an ongoing security enhancement initiative, Global Payments has recently announced a security upgrade which eliminates a specific communication protocol used by older versions of X-Charge. As a result, processing will be interrupted, unless you upgrade your X-Charge Software TODAY.

First, identify the version you are currently running.

Next, you can use the step by step instructions below to complete this MANDATORY upgrade.

• Upgrading X-Charge from version 4.x and below
• Upgrading X-Charge from versions 4.x through 6.x
• Upgrading X-Charge from version 7.x
